This course is an opportunity to develop your skills. Employers are looking for people with academic qualifications and interpersonal skills. The ability to show confidence in your abilities is a necessary skill. This course offers you an opportunity to do that. When we are young we often let our attitude influence our image of ourselves negatively. This course can offer a vital opportunity to gain skills that will benefit your self confidence. It will encourage you to be able to see your potential and see your self esteem rise as you embark on the challenges. This course can benefit; Your self confidence Build self esteem Give a good sense of self worth Learn values Have ideas Be inspirational Be successful Be enterprising Be assertive Be positive Learn Leadership skills Sadly it is all too easy to allow negative influences to influence outcomes. Your positive attitude is imporant. If you make no effort to try then it will have an effect on your ability to pass this course. You must try to make the effort to get along with each other. That is necessary in the work place. If we don't try to get along with each other then the consequenses can be that valuable time gets wasted. Everyone should try to do one's best. The outcomes for the course will be more positive if everyone particpates and encourages others. Some one said life is what you make it. This course has an outcome that is directly influenced by what you are prepared to put into it. The teachers are there to assist you and guide you. The entire point of the course is that you are self motivated to succeed. You will have 2 lessons a week to complete the course over one year.
