The Kumari is a girl who has not reached puberty. She is worshipped as a goddess in the country of Nepal. After she reaches puberty she is not the goddess anymore. She is replaced with another girl. Then sadly the girl cannot get married. This is beacuse people do not want to many a girl who was the Kumari. She is also not allowed to be spoken to or have any friends.
